No 149 of Living Life Series 1
Do not at any time strike a bargain with a heavenly saint. This would be tentamout to interacting with saints with the way we interact with fellow men.
Ask only for blessings to ease you into solving an issue nut you have to take on the isue yourself. Your life is yours and you have to learn from the gospel of life as it unfurls.
With blessings from saints, big issue become small and small issue become no issue. Some issues never will be resolved but we do gain insight and be wiser from doing our best and coming to terms with them. We need to cross the mountains, seas, scorching sun and drought of life.
By immersing and effecting spiritual principles and seeking solace in blessings of saints, our learning will progress. Our learning curve will be steep. What learnt sticks with us and becomes part of us, to be exact part of our life force or soul.
This fortified soul allows us to launch forays into higher echelons of learning. We are then able to have inner peace amidst greater odds. That will be a blessing indeed to pave way to sainthood and a haloed life.
The first premise to such life is to want to learn and seek divine grace but not bargain like many often do so with fellow men. But God and saints are not men. This is a divine truth to behold.
When doing good, try not to set conditions, to barter or to bargain or even to expect praise and a 'thank you' even from fellow men, let alone from heavenly saints. This did warriors of Lord Bo Tien say.
