The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

The need for religion to be worldly

No 1323 of Living Life Series 1.

People of religion learn to be wise - to be wise up with the follies of life and the world. But what is wisdom?

Wisdom is just common sense. Common sense makes the difference to bring about insight. With insight comes more wisdom.

Common sense is not so common. It is common sense that most people are involved with the world, the ways of the world and the need to have sensuality. This even applies to religion.

But spirituality of any religion is beyond the ways of the world - nothing to do with sensuality and material worldliness. However, it pays to have these to attract the majority.

Religions or sects who stick to age-old non-worldly and non- sensual ways will be left behind though they may well be correct, prime and proper.

But then again, there is the dilution of the true teachings of the saints of religion. What is right ends up wrong and what is wrong may well be the best alternative though far from ideal. Pragmatism dictates and idealism often takes back seat.

The evolving world has changed religion and religion too has changed the world. Religion has changed us and we too have changed religion.

Whatever the forms or religions, what matters is that the inner truth is the same in all. We should be able to discern this. This is the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨.

Coming and going in religion

No 1322 of Living Life Series 1

You want you can come. If you don't want, you can do so. But you are still family and can come again.

No need to convert. No need to hide and be covert. No need to disqualify or to be anointed.

All are welcome to any temple or place of worship. Yes this has to be so.

This sums up the openness and this is how religion and culture should be.

This is what God and heavenly saints want all to know. All are the concern of God and saints. No one can in the name of God or heavenly saint pass judgement on behalf of God and saints.

Come and go for you or me is not the concern of other men when God and saints allow this to be. Free to come. Free to go. Just be one and family even if different and of different taste. This is the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨

But men are ever men. Men end up drawing the line. This may seem good. But there is more than meet the eye - not because of God and saints but because men are men.

But what's so wrong with that. Love and passion for one's religion like romantic  passionate love can be blind. Without passion to kick start it all, there will be no shine and lustre.

Passion can be blind and can be radicalised. People do lose their mind and say "mine is right and yours wrong". Why can't all be right in their own ways and yet not wrong in some ways? We need to learn from one another.

Hope men have more wisdom. Wisdom is just common sense. Common sense makes the difference to bring about insight. With insight comes more wisdom.

God will say 'No' half the time but not the Ego

No 1321 of Living Life Series 1

If we love our children, we cannot say 'Yes' to every request from our children. We must learn to say 'No' half the time, or else our children will end up wanting more and more.

They will not come to terms with reality of life that they cannot have everything. God cannot grant their every whims and fancies.

If God does grant every wish, they will be more like spoilt brats and grow up as troublesome people. Instead of being happy, they will end up the other way round when they want more and more.

Of a truth, when God or any lord saint loves us, He cannot give in all the time. He if He loves us will have to deny our requests some of the time if not half the time.

But alas men often do not see it that way. They see God as giving in to them all the time. They see God and saints as though God or saint is their own ego - the alter ego (the other I).

Their ego will want them to have everything they wish for and will still be unhappy - not satiated and wanting more. Men often end up worshipping their own ego instead of God or saint.

Do not end up worshipping ourselves when we worship God or saint. God or saint is not our ego.

But men always end up not only fanning their ego but of all things also resurrecting their ego as God. Thus it comes as no surprise that in a temple of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨, people end up worshipping their ego instead of God and the lord saint.
Then their ego grows too big and egos do clash. All the doctrine and goodness they are supposed to have fly out of the window. They will end up as the antithesis of what doctrine aware people should be.

Men in worshipping God may end up worshipping the devil of their ego. Ego is adverse to 'No'. God will say 'No' half the time but not the ego.

Well, do you get it. If not, think again. Go for some soul searching and be sure that your ego is not you and certainly not God. You will need some spiritual cleansing. Some will simply stay put and hold on to their ego. Ego takes over God. That is not God. We must know that.

Who is Inner Truth Netizen 2?

No 1320 of Living Life Series 1

The various serieses of Living Life Series is by Inner truth netizen 2. He is the same writer as inner truth netizen.

He takes bearing from the universal temple of Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 with sky as the roof of the temple.

He is here to effect the mission on w.w.w.

All blogs are motivated by the inner truth behind life and all faiths as elucidated by Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨

The views are the opinions and interpretations of the writer. They may not coincide with that of others or of any organisation.

Even if they do coincide, the blogs on the living life series are meant to represent that of the writer and no one else.

But who is Inner Truth Netizen 2? Only a few knew who he is. He has remained anonymous. But the time has come for him to come out from behind the curtain of anonymity.

Well, he is Pastor Siow Hong Him of the mission of Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨. He finally accepted the appointment as pastor by the good lord in Oct 2016.

He had wanted and still want the truth to take the stage and remain behind the scenes. But there is need to put a personal touch and a face or two to the mission.

This must not be taken too far or it will defeat the purpose. Man is man and God is God. God does not want to be idolised - what more man?

Lest we lose track and focus, let us ask ourselves once more, what is the mission? The mission is that all religions are good and relevant in their respective ways. This holds true all the time.

Alas, Pastor Siow may be misconstrued and be misrepresented and misperceived even with the best of intentions. This dear readers is understandable.

His pastoral work is not his full time job but a service to others regardless of religion or affiliations and without any allowance or remuneration whatsoever.

He is retired from full time job in medical services and now continues to be in the service on adhoc basis. He too like anyone else needs to earn his living and not depend on hand outs.

Be on top of the world - not the world be on top of us

No 1319 of Living life Series 1

Culture is rooted in the wisdom of a race or nation. Religion is just a manifestation of culture.

Religion embraces the rich principles of a race or nation.

The culture of the early Jews is in all aspects and types of Christianity as well as other religious institutions of the land.

Christmas is the joy of Christ beyond the land of Abraham though many in Israel go for more than what the sages of their ancestors go for. Over there. it is not just about Christ but a whole lot more. culture is not just on one but many sages.

Whatever the case and whatever the religion, whether in Israel or anywhere, the need to value and eschew the joy of life come what may is unmistakable and always there.

We need to be on top of life and the world and not let life or the world be on top of us.

The emphasis is on how to be happy when events of life or the world are not congenial and threaten to pull us down and under.

We must always have a reason to be happy.

Alas, there are those who have many reasons to be happy but somehow want more. They are never happy.

They always have the excuse to be NOT happy. They see life as unrewarding even if they have many rewards.

The world is on top of them and they never somehow can be on top of the world.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 wants us to reflect on life and be mindful of how we think and do. We are what we think and do.

He also reminds us that there is yin and the yang. We need to be on top of both and not let yin and yang be on top of us. We need to balance yin and yang and not be swirled around by yin and yang. Always, do have reason to be happy and not have reason to be sad. No excuse to be not happy in life.

Faith not one but many, yet one and still many

No 1318 of Living Life Series 1

We need religious diversity - not religious monotony. Let there be no homogeneity. That will be dull and not appealing.

It is in the human nature to want to be different and to know better. Each and every person will carve out life his own and in his own perspective.

So how can there be those who think they are right and impose on others their way. How unenlightened they can be?

Even in the same religion, no one can stop the tide of change. No one can and no one should.

Thus no religion can take over the roles of other religions and make other religions non-entities. That will never come to be. That is somewhat silly - at best wishful thinking.

What such a religion end up with is that they do the very thing, they don't want to do. Why is this so?

Well, they have to change and change every so often to attract more people to their religion. Yes they win over others to their religion but effectively they create more religions of sorts within their religion.

Alas this is true. No wonder the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 echoes that God and goodness God stands for is one but religions are many.

Religions may not be one. Even the name of God is never one. But they are one in need for goodness. This is the essence of the good lord Lord Bo Tien's 武天菩萨 inner truth message - the truth that underlies and cuts across all religions.

Why we need a saint like Jesus and be like him

No 1317 of Living Life Series 1

There is often the lack of personal touch in life. Everything just ends up as a transaction. That is the problem.

You get something but you need to pay for it or to give something. There is the lack of heart. Where is the personal touch or feeling of being wanted?

The winning edge of life is to have the personal touch and to emphasize on this.

Let not life end up as a transaction in every and anything we do. The personal touch means we need to make the person with us or in front of us feel he is special to us. He stands out from the rest.

The attraction of prophets or saints can only come about if they make us feel special to them. That is exactly what they do.

Thus even if we are transgressors and break all rules and ethics, we will still feel we are special to the saints. Jesus Christ is a sure winner.

He has swept the world like a storm. He makes us feel we stand out and special to him.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨in his early messages reminded us that if we ask the saint (any saint for the matter), the saint will come to us.

We only need the heart to want him. No mention at all that we be no transgressors or be do-gooders before the saint will be with us.

The good lord added that anything we request from the saint, the saint will know and will try to accede though there is the element of fate which we must reckon with.

Nevertheless, most issues will be no issues with the blessing of saints. Even if issues are big, these will at least become small issues.

If fate is such we must have it, then the saint will open the way for us to see the light. He said that no storm that blows our way will stay forever.

Also be mindful that calm seas do not remain calm forever as well.

In life, he adds, there is the yin and the yang. Every dark cloud has a silver lining. We may add that with clear sky, there will still be areas or pockets where there will be thundery showers.

Life is not perfect. With good that comes our way, there will somehow be disappointments. Who don't have this?

This however should not affect us if we have insight of life. More important is that we must know and know we must that saints like Jesus can make us special to them.

Religion like life should not be centred on transactions. Personal touch is the winning edge of life. We need a saint like Jesus and be like him. There is the personal touch. He makes us special to him. Any saint will do the same. We too must do likewise.

Believe not just in one religion but in all.

No 1316 of Living Life Series 1

When we believe in all prophets and saints of all religions, we are never wrong.

In the same way, we must believe in the good potential of all mankind. We should not think that we only are right and others wrong.

We can always learn a thing or two from even those whom we wrongly think they know less than us.

We must not be egoistic and shallow. We often think we can see the dust in others eyes when we cannot see the dust in our own eyes.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 advises us to believe in all heavenly saints and their glory is in the thoughts of men.

Saints do not curse and damn even those who do not believe in them, what more to say when people believe in more than one saint.

Saints are never jealous. They will never say that they are the one and only but they will want to help fellow saints in relieving the plight and problems of men.

Thus the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 taught us this prayer.

To all heavenly saints we greatly adore, we believe in your existence and thy glory is in the thought of men. We seek for thy protection and guidance so as to live better for the time to come.

Why belittle other saints and say that they are devils? We would not be doing justice to the saint we believe if we do not believe in others and the saints they believe.

One wonders what our saint will think of us if we condemn others for not believing in our saint or when we insist that they believe in our saint and not other saints or prophets. We need to believe not just in our religion but in all religions.

We need to be right. We must not pit father against child and child against father in the name of religion. We will tarnish the good name of religion
