No 912 of Living Life Series 1
Every generation will view religion differently and will find its own way of meaningful expression of belief. Religion that stays put in its practices and rituals may find its younger generation losing interests. It would be better if they adopt a religion that meets their needs than steer clear of religion altogether.
Religion must not stay put but evolve in its way of worship and outreach if it is to stay relevant with the times. Even culture must evolve and keep up with the times. Culture and religion are often interlinked.
With the inevitable globalization we have as we move on into the future, the practices and culture of religions would have ever more similarities than differences. There will be less distinctiveness and more of oneness of religions.
This comes as no surprise. Indeed, religions will not only be similar in practices and culture, they are from onset one in basic intention and doctrine - to bring men to God and saints and to foster the need to be good, not to be bad and to be pure, honest and simple in outlook of life.

This is consistent with the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 on the oneness of religions despite the differences of approach. Religions are ever closer in practices in globalized world.
Religions will be more one not only in substance but also in practices as well. This is in line with the wish of God and saints so that religions will augment one another's efforts in outreach to save souls.
In modern times, common practices are already in place. Examples are congregational worship, meditation, singing of devotional songs and music. There will be more in time to come. But religions will remain different somewhat though are same in basic Word and in more of the practices.
