The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Conversion within conversion is happening

No 1163 of Living Life Series 1

Many especially the young are keen for conversion from one religion to another. It is not so much that the new religion are keen on them but they are keen to be where the action is. They go for action and where there is more liveliness.

They go along with the new religion and what are told to them. But when they grow into the religion, they soon beg to differ. They have doubts all along but suppressed them just to fit in with the flow. Doubts are good. this is how people learn more. The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 wants us to know this positive side of doubts.

But when the young grow and become young adults, they grow into their own and insist on having their own. They push aside the beliefs those older than them taught them and impose on them.

They push forward their views which can be quite upsetting and disconcerting to the old. But they bring in the numbers - young adults like them. Numbers do count plenty and allow them to pull their weight.

But isn't that converting a religion within a religion? The converted thus further converts the religion in due course. They the young who converts to another religion flows along downstream but as they flow downstream, they add on to the water of the downstream and determine what the water should be. They convert the new religion they are converted into to their liking.

This of course is the reality of life. But the purity and simplicity of the original teachings of the saint of the religion is diluted. But the young will say it is made more relevant and popular.

There is conversion within conversion The converted may convert the religion to their liking.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 has this simple advice to them. For clear water, go to the upper source for clear water. Many like them may think they are near to God and saints but aren't they getting further away instead. The near may be far. This the good lord says.

Those who decide to stay clear of a house of God because they can see through what is happening may be near though far if they are able tap into the upper source and not be swept down stream.
