A BO TIEN (武天) MISSION INITIATIVE LAUNCHED ON 28TH SEPT 2010 BY INNER TRUTH NETIZEN 2. THE MISSION IS TO SHOW THE WAY TO HOPE, INNER PEACE AND ULTIMATELY SALVATION FOR ALL BEINGS. THE PURPOSE IS TO SAVE SOULS. IT IS WAY BEYOND NORMAL GOOD WORK LIKE CHARITY AND WELFARE ACTIVITIES. NO ONE SHALL BE SAVED BY GOOD WORKS ALONE BUT BY MORE THAN GOOD WORK. THERE IS NEED TO BE IMBUED WITH THE BASIC DOCTRINE COMMON TO AND BEHIND ALL RELIGIONS AND SECTS. LIVE IN DOCTRINE. DOCTRINE IN LIFE IS PARAMOUNT.

The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

A lotus can go by any name

No 544 of Living Life Series 1

May everyday be Vesak. May the Word be with you. The Word is and ever will be God, Buddha or any saint that be. Know the Word and know all that is.

Live in and by the Word and Heaven is with you and you are part of Heaven and in time beyond Heaven - Nirvana that is more heavenly than any that is.

The Word is the lord and the lord is the Word. Need more be said. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and the door of more with less wants will be yours.

All that need to be done is to know the Word and live in the Word or Doctrine. Then there is fulfillment and peace even with whatever one has in life.

Even the good lord Lord Bo Tien said that the Word is in his image and the person who knows the Word knows him and is near him though not even in a temple with his name.

We need to cultivate Tao or Way. Tao is the Word. We need to live right by valuing life, not rejecting and wasting life away but at the same time not craving or wanting more and more.

Have what is necessary to make life work but more can be less. Worldly material blessings are means to the end and the end is peace in life. They the material blessings are not the ends in themselves.

Those who go for more than they can handle and yet want more will end up having less of happiness and peace. They think they are near to happiness by having more and wanting more but end up far from being happy and peace of life eludes them.

Heaven can bless men with material blessings but only if there is justification - only if they help men as platform for the real blessings that bring peace and release from cravings, the harmful wants.

Go for the kingdom of Heaven and not for the kingdom of men. Go for the Word that brings richness of peace. Worldly blessings are still necessary for men to be men and so long as they are men but men must go for lasting blessings which are heavenly blessings.

Worldly blessings and money are needed by men of religion and by religion to move on and to reach out to more hearts of men. But men must not worship and idolise money.

Money is a good servant but not a good master. We should not worship money but we must know that money counts in life. Know how much is needed. Know how to live life and know when to have or how much to have worldly blessings. They are only means to the end.

We do not live and die for money. Know what are ends and what are means.

The end is heavenly or divine peace through good balance of the left and right of life - the yin and the yang as depicted by the feet of the lord saint Lord Bo Tien balancing the elements.

Do know and balance our life to have peace and the ultimate peace transcends wants and is Nirvana or enlightenment. When will we see the light of enlightened way of life which is referred to as Tao in old China. Tao and the Middle or Balanced Path of the Buddha are one and same.

Other institutionalized religions too have the same way when they say that men must go for the kingdom of Heaven and not that of men. That is up to the individuals to find out for themselves.

Religions teach men how to be men of the world before they can be men of God and saints. This requires balance which is referred to as Tao in old China but not as Tao outside China. What difference, if any does it make? A rose or lotus can go by any name and is still a lotus or rose.

Truth or Word is one in all faiths and this is the message of Heaven for men. Lord Bo Tien is the messenger.

Lest you forget

Do not make the mistake of idolizing any man who tells you about the Word. He is in the same boat as you even if religion refers to him as a religious leader. Mere mention of a religious leader is as good as encouraging idolising of that man. Why must there be hierarchy in religion? Hierarchy is conventional but may end up as liability rather than a necessity or asset. There should be no caste or hierarchy system in religion. No one is to be considered above another in religion. A religious leader or follower is a servant to serve you and not a leader to be idolised. Do not put him on the pedestal and make a monster out of him.

MAY ALL BE WELL AND HAPPY

May all be well and happy. May they have peace. May our departed friends and kins be well, happy and have divine peace. The main writer wishes the best for all for those near and far. Our kins may be far when they had passed on to better lives but they are near though far. He remembers and wishes his parents Mr Siow Soo Koh and Mdm Tay Hung Siang, his uncles and aunties like Mr Tay Koon Huay, his cousins like Mr Tay Chong Sim and his friends like Mr Philip Png well and have abundance of life. May they be rich in spirit for without such ancestors, there will be no posterity - no us and no you and me. They have blessed us and we must blessed them in return forever and ever.
