The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

No Heaven and no Hell for the one with Tao 道.

No 1107 of Living Life Series 1

Pitiful is man for the only certainty for man is death. Yet man is so blessed as in his own hands he can decide what he wants in this life. But for those above or below, the choices are limited and they are not as lucky. Why?

Those in hells are suffering most of the time not because of the wrath of God or saints but because of their past actions. They are not in the state of mind to cultivate peace of Tao - the way to have calm come what may. A few though could.

Then there are those who are in Heaven because of the good they have done or through the good of saints which some refer to as divine grace. They have no suffering as in Hell or on Earth. But they are have plenty of time and no urgency at all to cultivate Tao

They are too occupied with the heavenly indulgences and when this happens there is hardly any push to even think of the need for Tao , let alone cultivate it to have inner peace.

The inner peace comes not from being near to God and saints but from having inner peace from self cultivation. But with proximity to God and saints, they are lost in indulgence and so caught up with this that they are swept away and have no inner peace. They are passionately in love with God and saints and wild at heart.

They are more fortunate but most of them have no time to cultivate Tao . Those in hell are too tormented to even think of anything else. Those in Heaven are too lost in the clouds to be down to earth to think of anything else as well.

But a few in Heaven who have cultivated Tao  in past lives can still do it but more difficult when everything seems well and there is too many indulgences up there despite plenty of time.

Thus many in Heaven deplete their blessings and have to be reborn again though they think that they do not need to do so. They are deluded as such.

Thus the life of man on Earth is best. Man has suffering but not as much as in hell. Man too has indulgences but not as much as in Heaven. But man has shorter life.

Man has ample hell and heaven on Earth and if this cannot wake them up, then it is pitiful. Man can balance and stay atop the yin and yang the ups and downs and be at peace. This is simple logic which the sages of old in old China refer to as Tao

Tao  gives inner peace and inner peace is behind the teachings of all saints and religions. This is the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨
No Heaven or Hell for the one with Tao . Then we will be like God and saints and be with God and saints who are anywhere and everywhere. We too as well if we be saints through Tao

If there is the choice between Heaven, Hell or Earth as man, the choice is for Tao  and the best of the three for Tao  is Earth, then comes Heaven and lastly Hell.

Misfortunes can be the very impetus for Tao and fortunes too as well for the man steep in Tao . What better place then on Earth as man for the one who practices Tao

For a man who is keen on Tao, anything is excuse for Tao . We do not need to be in afterlife for Tao  - no need to wait for kingdom come.

If we no longer groan and moan in joy or in sadness, no longer have fits from loss and ecstasy from joy, then we are on the path of Tao . If we no longer yearn for more peace but move on for more if we can, then we are progressing in Tao

The one with Tao  is at peace here and now and yearns not for more tomorrow. If he yearns for more Tao , he is not at peace here and now.

He goes not for religion which promotes desire for Heaven. What he has is the peace now. Heaven or Hell is of no consequence to him. Only those not into Tao  talks about Heaven and Hell.

No Heaven and no Hell for the one with common sense but the problem is that many don't even have this when they are so moved and swayed away from common sense by passion and stop thinking. They end up letting others think for them. It is easier for them that way. There is perhaps the herd mentality in them.

Men must rise above the animal nature in him. Men have common sense and this common sense if developed is Tao . The cultivation of this does not make men Taoists but just that common sense is inherent in every man and religion or culture.

This is in line with the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 that all religions are one in basic or inner truth. Inner truth is based on common sense.

Common sense should let us not be obsessed with heaven or hell but live in the here and now. What we need is the common sense to have peace come what may.

Do not be down by the ills of life (hell) nor be high with the ecstasies (heaven) but be on top of these by having inner peace - to be level headed, calm, mindful and insightful of their transiency. Then we are not given to growling, howling and whining which many do and even incorporate this in religious devotion.
