The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

What do we need to learn from life?

No 1108 of Living Life Series 1

Men moan and groan with the slightest discomfort and upset in life. They want help. They want love. They want more. Even more is not enough.

But with whatever help and love, the next problem comes and then the next. This is the nature of life and men cannot accept it.

They want God and saints to promise that all will be well. They think that these problems affect others and they have pity on these others but they think that they have the edge and what happen to others will not happen to them. They live in denial.

Religion often helps them to live in denial. When the sky collapses on them, they still think this cannot be true as they have God and saints with them and all will be well.

Indeed this may be so. The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 touches on this. With blessing of God and saints, many issues will be no issues. Even big issues will be small issues if they cannot be no issues. But there is the element of fate. Well that is the catch.

One common fate of all men is that they have physical bodies which rise from dust and to dust they will go. Men often still do not accept this and live in denial.

God is with them and so what is the worry. This is the basic problem of men. Men are like that. Indeed this is a good approach for the many as they will be able to hold on to belief and hope that all will be well even if not well. Without this, there will be despair.

But what is true will always be true. It is however better to tell the many that all will be well and inject some sense of hope and peace. Religion has to provide this even if this is a tall order. Just have to tell men to hold on and believe and all will be well. This is the only way for the many to have some peace.

Continue to deny and have peace. Just say God and saints will have their way to help us. They help us not in the way we want them to do so but in their own way and at their own time. God and saints know best.

This may be true but with unrealistic men, they expect God and saints to go against the laws laid down by God and saints. The problem then lies not in God and saints but in men. Men choose to live in deception. Yes with deception, they will have peace and hope but this peace will not hold forever.

What God and saints cannot change, how can men expect them to change? The solution is to wake up to reality and get guidance from God and saints to handle the root problems of life.

Ignorance and denial is the main cause. Not accepting that black is black and white is white is the problem. Come to terms and be at peace come what may. This is the truth in life which God and saints want us to know.

But do live life and not run away - doing nothing and waiting for doomsday. Move on and learn to handle life - to be on top of the ups and downs of life - the yin and yang.

Ask not God to break the laws of life he put in place but for the wisdom to go along and yet have peace. This did we learn from the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨

This is the truth of life behind all religions but some men of religion peddle untruths because men somehow want them to do so.

They the men promise no problems if we believe in God and saints but problems will still be there. We can have less desire and wanting to lessen problems but problem there will be. Life is never perfect and we are far from perfection. So there will be problems.

Imperfection is laid down by God for us to learn and to be wiser from the learning. When we don't learn, it is our fault but God will not forsake us.

But don't pass to God the problems that we have and that we create. Then where is the learning? We will lose out in wisdom that comes from learning.

Life is never meant to be perfect so that we can learn how to live perfectly in imperfection. The answer lies in being atop yin and yang and be at peace come what may. Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 tries to drive home this message.
We must know what is God trying to tell us with the life we have. God provides us with many aids such as man and wife, friends and families and religion. All these provide us support to handle life imperfections but God cannot provide us perfection. We need to live perfectly with imperfection. This is what we need to learn from life.

If we still cannot make it, the problem lies with us and not with God and saints. But God and saints will not give up. They are with us through thick and thin, through whatever mistakes we make - even if we make a mess of what they stand for and what they want us to do.

The problem is that we are often crazy with God and saints and expect God to undo what he has put in place - imperfections. Are we out of our mind to imply that divinity is wrong in allowing imperfections? Come on, do be logical.

Imperfections are there so that we can find perfection. Our body is never meant to be perfect and it is already a miracle that it could rise from dust. How can it not return to dust one fine day? Many want God to do that.

What is put in place by God how can we contradict and expect God to undo? Even if not put in place by God, it is not logical that what is from dust will not return to dust.

Religions too are imperfect as they are by men and led by men. It is through imperfections that we can cultivate perfection. The more imperfect there is, the more we can learn.

What do we need to learn from life? We need to learn to live perfectly with imperfection. If we cannot do so perfectly as yet, at least, don't mess things up in life by creating more imperfections and problems for ourselves.

Some do. When they have reasonable wealth and a good family, they go for mistresses. Isn't that crazy? But not to them as they seem to be happy for now.

But don't be too judgemental. What is wrong for the many may well be right for a few. The answer to life imperfections too may not be perfect for everyone but may be so for some. That is why we need many religions, sects and denominations.
