The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Those in Hell are near though far to God and saints

No 1035 of Living Life Series 1

Who created Hell? It cannot be God when he is loving and compassionate. It cannot be any of the heavenly saints who are like God. They are loving and the more we are in the wrong, the more they feel sorry for us and would try to reach out to us.

If they can and if we are able to practice what they tell us on being good, avoid evil and purifying the mind or spirit, even if we are in Hell, we can be redeemed.

Then why is there Hell? Hell is created not even by Satan. If Satan is how many think him out to be, then Satan would make Hell a paradise for those who had done wrong and encourage more wrong.

Satan too did not create Hell. Hell is there because many have done wrong, created their own bad energy and gravitated to be where we call Hell.

If they can correct their bad life energy, they won't be in their misery. Certainly God and saints will reach out to them.

They are far from being good but this does not mean they don't have any good or cannot be better. They are far but near and dear to God and saints. They are the very ones God and saints would cherish to have and to help.

But those in Hell must be attuned to want to be helped. They must learn to be good even if there is not much good they can do in Hell except to have good thoughts - feel for the suffering of their fellow hell mates. They must focus on pure thoughts though this may be uphill task in Hell.

Thus the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says that the far can be near and the near far. In fact many humans in much better states than those in Hell are more privileged and are surrounded by goodness though badness still abound in the human realm.

Humans should better know and be receptive to why there is need to be good, avoid evil and purify the spirit taught by all religions and saints. All religions are one in this aspect. This is stressed by Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨.

But many humans take things for granted and are not interested - apathetic. They may even indulge in the not-so-good things. They may be near to God and goodness but yet far.

Well, the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 did for very good reasons tell us to reflect on what he said, "The far may be near and the near far"

Thus in a temple of a lord saint, the lord saint welcomes to the temple men who are like insects to the flower. They come to the flower only for nectar. Blame not the flower for insects coming to it. Blame not the lord saint for unholy ones to come to a holy place.

The more worldly and the more distant to spirituality the more they should be a holy place. It is better they be there in a holy sanctuary than out there in the wilderness.

It is better for them to smell the heavenly incense in a temple and hopefully be cleansed somewhat than to be further soiled by the shit and dirt of ungainly and unwholesome life out there.
It is rather they be in a temple and not be in hell and create more hell out there. How much hell can they create in a temple as whatever they do have to be related somehow to God and saints.
