The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Not religious but yet more spiritual

No 1086 of Living Life Series 1

It is not necessary to be in a religion to be spiritual. It is not necessary that a man of no religion is not spiritual.
The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says that he who is near may be far and the far may be near. The man who keeps saying he is a man of God may actually be far from God if he sees not the true nature of life. Life is the Word and the Word is life.

Of what use is it of going to a house of God only to be more blind to life and its reality and to believe in what promotes dreams and non-reality.

Be real with life and with God. Don't live in dream that makes us see more of ourselves than of life.

God is not only for us alone and for our personal dreams. God is for all and we too should be for all and not for ourselves.

All does not mean we are excluded. Just do to others what we want to do for ourselves. The far must be near to us. They may not be us but we treat them as though they are ourselves.

Thus for instance, we regard those not in the same religion or belief as us as though they are part of us. But, the more we are in a religion the more we may see others as not us. That is ironical.

The true spiritual man belongs to God and like God feels for all regardless of religion. He may not be of any religion or even if he is of a religion but he is spiritual not because of religion but because of the world outside religion.

He who is of no religion may well be more religious and right in his insight of life. In fact, there are many who are not religious but yet more spiritual as they have insight of life and are one with God. They have peace in life.

Confucius says that Heaven is to be one with God. Belonging to a religion need not be an advantage if those who go to a religion go there like insects going to a flower for nectar. Blame not the flower for insects coming to it. This the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says.
Blame not God and saints if people of religion may not be religious but more worldly and far from spiritual. In contrast, there are probably many not religious or not in religion who may be more spiritual than many men of religion.

The far may be near and the near far. But all whether far or near will be near to God and saints. This is the benevolence of God and saints. Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 dwelt at length on this. They are concerned for all and not just for those who are their followers. God and saints are not men and unlike men.

Truly spiritual men will be like God and saints. Such men will rise above religions. They may even distance themselves from religion but yet distinctly more spiritual.

They may start off in one religion but end up respecting the founders and saints of all faiths. Like the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨, they will favor none.

They will uphold the oneness of religions. They learn from all saints even from saints outside the culture or religion they start off with.

They see the oneness and complimentary teachings of saints and know why the teachings appear different due to social context and the times. Well, they are more spiritual but not inclined or leaning towards any religion.

They live life correctly and life is their living gospel. They embrace the spirituality in life and of life. They welcome all and will be welcome by all.

They embody the essence of the Living Life Series. In a way, they belong to all religions and yet belong to none. They may mingle with members of a or any religion from time to time but they favor no religion in particular. They are at home in all religions.

They start no religion or sect either and can be a misconceived lot. They are not free thinkers. They are spiritual and one with Heaven.

The world is their temple. Life is their teacher and gospel. They recognize religions as pillars of the world. But they respect all and not lean on only one pillar.

This world temple has the sky or Heaven as the roof. God and saints provide the roof. The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 refers to this universal or world temple as his temple. The whole world or universe is the temple for God and saints as well as those who are truly more spiritual.
