The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Wesak Joy beyond day, way and religions

No 1411 of Living Life Series 1

Wesak joy for every day and in every way for everyone in and outside religions of the day.
Victory over birth and death with inner peace come what may.

What more do we need?

No heaven or hell please but just inner peace they say is what we need.

There is more than heaven we need and more than hell we do not need. Heaven is not enough and hatred is worse than hell. how else can there be inner peace and more of this we need.

With inner peace ever the more, we will be untouched by the yin and yang of life as we are on top of life of yin and yang.

We can be on top of the world and not the world on top of us.
Heaven will not disappoint us. We will not find heaven lacking. Inner peace that much more is anytime more awesome than any heaven.

Hell will not frighten us. Hatred is hell of a lot more worse and more awful than any hell that be. Have no hatred and create not hell for others. No tit for tat for those who hate us and want the hell out of us.

We can be beyond heavens and hells. All we need is more and more inner peace. This is all we need. It is as simple as that.

This is in the teachings of all saints. This is the common space - what Bo Tien 武 天 refers to as the Inner Truth that leads to inner peace.

Why for goodness sake jump from sect to sect, denomination to denomination, religion to religion, temple to temple and church to church? All we need is to be what we are and be better at what we are by having and polishing our inner peace.

Isn't that awfully simple and yet profound? Truth is simple but this is the very reason we don't see it and go round and round for something more elaborate, abstract and unreal.

Let us face it. We go everywhere to find truth when truth is before us and in our life here and now. We search everywhere but do not search within our self. We will end up no wiser and be lost. We are lost to self and cannot find our self. Isn't that odd? But that is why we are man and not saint.

Prince Siddhartha went round and round to learn from the teachers of his day. He searched and searched. He was nowhere near to what he wanted and decided to stay away from others and search himself under a fig tree. He got what he wanted and become the Buddha we know today.
