Bo Tien 武 天 says that he is like the great ocean that reaches out to many a shore.
As Bo Tien 武 天 says that the Doctrine of life is in his image and the image is the Doctrine, when he says he will reach out to many a shore, this means that the Doctrine will go many places.
The Doctrine is in life and life is the Doctrine. There is need to have inner peace come what may - be it the ups and the downs, the storms and the calm seas, the yang and the yin.
What matters is to have inner peace and to treasure life even when down and to be calm and at peace but also not to be swept off the feet by the ups in life. The ups will soon be downs and the downs ups. Life is as colorful as that.
The colorful armour garment in the image of Bo Tien 武 天 mirrors this colorful life. His left hand in salutation bids us to be steady and the sceptre in right hand is to tell us he will spearhead the mission to make aware the need for peace - more so the inner peace within the individual self.

His mission is for religions and beings all over the world to be awakened to to know this truth that is in life. Bo Tien 武 天 stresses that this truth is already there in any land and in any religion. It is nothing new. He is not here to start anything new either - not to start any new religion at all.
Truth in life is there all the time, in any land and in any religion, just that people somehow fail to realise this.
As this is inside all religions and in all lands, it is the Inner Truth - inside all the time but what people see is the outside and not the inside.
As this is universal, the Inner Truth is also the universal truth.
It is our duty to help explain this to all. The purpose is to make people to be better in whatever religion they are already in and in the wider sense, to make people better in the life they are in.
Making them more good even if they are already good is the mission.
This truth opens up more love for life and enables them to find reason to be ever happy.
This will make our day and the temple we go to a place of peace and love that attracts even the gods - not just men like you and me.
The awesome part is that when gods feel the peace and love, they too become more filled and brimming with love and this will spill over to us. To put it correctly, they radiate more peace and love to us. Of course, we will be even more blessed.
We will not only be blessed by our own inner peace from knowing and living in the truth of life but we will be further blessed by the gods. We will be doubly blessed.
Therefore without reservations, take joy in all religions and even if some men frown at this, the other men and even the gods of all quarters and all religions will welcome us and embrace us.
Those who disagree with us will be cheesed off by us but do not be cheesed off by them. To be cheesed off is to dislike and worse still to hate. Have no dislike, resentment or hatred for any of such will dent and disrupt our inner peace. Hate not but love them. That will grow our inner peace and subdue the fire of hatred in them
But if they spurn our love, keep the silence. Forgive them. Harbor no illwill. It may be discreet to be silent as when they are not receptive to love, any well intended gesture may stoke the fire in them and provoke more hatred in them. Then there will surely be no peace.
Silence is golden and forgiveness is divine. This is the way of God and saints. Seeing our right and appropriate action of being silent in such dire circumstances, God and saints will be with us.
Love for hatred. Make peace and not war. At worst, be silent. This is the truth. This is life if we want to guard our peace and have more inner peace. No point saying our piece only to disrupt the fragile peace.
There is more life in life if we have inner peace. We must first see the inner truth of life and live in up to the Inner Truth in life and in religions.
Let this truth motivate us to grow the inner peace come what may. Not even the hatred and evil in others can rock us.
We must be as steady as a rock. We must be the embodiment of the inner truth. We will be assured that God and saints will shelter us when the need arises.
