The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Aerodynamic lift to spiritual life

No 453 of Living Life Series 1

Be lifted like a plane and soar into spiritual life. The sky is the limit

Do not make the mistake of trivialising doctrine. It is also wrong to trivialise those who have no affinity or inkling for doctrine. What is needed is to see the importance both of doctrine and of men who have no affinity for doctrine.
A guide to the doctrine in life
that is common to all religions
Doctrine is meant for them more so than those who have affinity or inclination for doctrine.
Men who have little or no affinity for doctrine will be attracted like ants to a flower. They may not be there for doctrine but for the nectar of social and personal ends.

But don't religion start off like that and when things get out of hand and awry, some great man will somehow come into the picture and spoke forth views that beguiled many.

This is how a new testament or gospel or a new religion will arise. This is how great saints or prophets made their mark in the history of men. It is always when worst of men make mockery of religiosity that there will be fertile ground for awakening of the basic truths that were twisted beyond recognition and that came across as ridiculous. Great men need such backdrops to make the mark.
To fathom the basic truth just like to get clear water, men must go to the upper source. This did the lord saint Lord Bo Tien say in his inaugural message in 1969 when he first descended to the lucky pioneers who by and large were not there for serious doctrine but more for nectar of personal gains. (They do not carry the mission but the mission carries them.)
A flower will always attract insects and ants to come to it for nectar. Lord Bo Tien provided the nectar and still does, so that men who otherwise will not be religiously inclined will be inducted to the fold of spiritual, however unlikely or disinclined they may be.

Men will turn religious and good in their own time if this is the wish of the lord saint. If the lord saint so wishes, even a criminal can be selected as core person or medium to be trained. Somehow and hopefully in time, men of such will be lifted above non religious agenda to be champions of religion.

There can always be the aerodynamic lift to eventual spirituality though religious association with a temple like that of lord saint. A saint can provide the aerodynamic lift to spiritual life. Aerodynamic lift to spiritual life can always be a miracle in the making.

When the non or less spiritual man is superimposed on the spiritual setting, the interaction of low and high spiritual pressure provides the aerodynamic lift to spirituality. Then the spiritual life will take flight.
