The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

God not the excuse for the devil in men

No 1490 of Living Life Series 1

We tend to be judgemental and form opinion of others. When others form opinion of us, we are not comfortable.

If they praise us, we think this is flattery and they are of no good. When they are negative towards us, we are upset.

Why for goodness sake must we react like that? What happens when everyone react the same way?

There surely will be problems and problems create more problems because of the way many seem to behave. Bo Tien 武天 says that the problems of men are many and plentiful but we must know why.

He adds that life is the living gospel. We can learn from problems of ourselves and others. There will always be the flipside side of problematic people. There is learning we can have. We can learn from problems so that problems in life will not be recurring and creating more problems.

Many in their unhappiness of problems are blind to this learning. They turn to religion thinking that religion will be the end all of problems. But if they still not see the nature of life and why there are problems and no peace in self, then religion will not serve its purpose.

The only advantage is that they are near to God and saints and stand opportunity or chance to become aware of where lies the root cause of no peace in self, let alone be there peace in the many who go to religion.

Inner peace is what everyone need. We must not start with "I first" in whatever we think, talk or do. With many having this flaw or fault, problems will obviously arise and even religion can be the battleground of "I first" attitude.

There must be the common good that benefits all. This common good is behind the teachings and messages of God and all sages. This Bo Tien 武天 refers to as the Inner Truth.

Religions created by men must reach out to as many to instill the understanding of this truth. We can only have peace only if there is inner peace within individuals, otherwise religion will pit against religion, sect against sect, temple against temple, and people against people even in the same temple.

The devil in such men will take over and God will just be the excuse for promoting the devil in men. God is not the excuse for the devil in men. Do not defile the name of God and saints and use them as the excuse for the devil in men.
