The mission of the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨is to save souls by enabling all in their respective religions to be better at what they are. This appears distant and far from the grasp of the people when he descended in 1969 in Singapore. They just know it but not how to connect it to reality and how to realize it
Then to top it all and add to the awe, there are the three phases - the devotional Good Belief Phase, the charitable Good Works Phase and finally the doctrinal Good Word Phase. The three phases are applicable to all religions.
While there is the doctrinal Good Word Phase to the mission of the good lord, many need only devotional Good Belief Phase and charitable Good Works Phase.
It is no wonder that the Buddha says it is possible to be enlightened by embarking on any of the three modes. Do read on.
Most religions to be catchy and to be popular to all are into the devotional mode. Just belief and leave every morsel of worry of tomorrow to Heaven. Just do keep the faith. It is as simple as that - so it seems. It is still not easy to do so for some.
To belief and keep the faith, one tends to think of self more than anything else. This will certainly mean that the good works that follow belief will not be as good when one wants own good. This will naturally lead to less or even no emphasis on doctrine, let alone Good Word.
Well, popular religion will pamper the masses and go for the easy way out. Just believe. Isn't this simple, perhaps over simplistic and and misleading. Many will just end up more egocentric rather than ego adverse. This will just up the ego drives. They just see themselves. But they know not the self, let alone life and others. He will not be at peace...
Yes then they will not end up knowing the true nature of life within the self and without. They will be far from the eventual truth and peace they should go for by knowing the true nature of life - the Good Word.
Even biblical texts refer to The Word as God and God as the Word. To be devoted to God, we must be devoted and committed to the Word - His Word. The Word is in God and in life. Belief and good works will not do without Good Word. The Word is God.
The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 echoes this. He says that the Word is His Image. His Image is the Word.
He even says that the near to Him may be far from Him - if they are far from the Word.
He who knows and effects the Word is close not only to the lord saint but to God, all heavenly saints and all beings as he is more loving and pure.
Well, we do need to be like God. We need to be close and one with God, saints and all. We need to be good and pure filled with love and be one with and accept the true nature of life. Then there will be real peace. This is what God is and will ever be. God is close to and one with all.
Even the Christmas message has to do with the gift of life - the gift of truth in Christ.
There is peace in eternity of life and rebirths. There is eternal life and hope by knowing the Word and by being more loving to all men and having fellowship across all divides and nations.
This comes from belief and belief must be well grounded in spiritual knowledge and understanding. There will ever be the same Word seen from whichever religion or sect.
The Word is actually the same in substance of goodness and purity, but elaborated in diverse ways through religions of the day and time to reach out to all humanity and beings.
But people being what they are may not agree with this. Given time, they will know. It is alright to have doubts. Nothing wrong with that. No need for guilt and fear whatsoever. Doubts arise because people want to know. This the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says is good.
He adds that they are still family and near to God and saints however far they may be. The far be near and the near be far. There is the difference but this makes no difference to God and saints.
To conclude, all need to be one with God, saints regardless of religion or even if none. To be in Heaven even now is no problem. We just need to be one with God ... Heaven is to be one with God. When we are one with God, we will be one with all saints and all men and beings. We are one with all religions and even those without religions.
