The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

The choice of God is not the choice of men

No 1508 of Living Life Series 1

The religious leaders of any religion or mission should be the choice of God and saints, never for the choice of men.

But how good the leaders are should not be for men to decide. God and saints can choose imperfect men to be leaders if God and saints want to train them. Other men should not question divine decree.

This is the view of Bo Tien 武天 that is applicable to all religions.
But if such leaders break the laws of the land, then they should face the laws of the land. God and saints should not be the excuse to overrule the authority of the land.

Perhaps, if a temple is run by those who are not interested in doctrine of life, this should not be reason for those others to say that they have no place in a temple and cannot run the temple.

If religious leaders who know more of the truth of life and God stay put in temple, many who are not so doctrine orientated will distance themselves from the temple.

These many are the ones who need to be in the temple. They need to be near though far from God and saints.

Another perspective is that if the religious leaders have no more roles in a temple, then isn't this good?

This will make them orbit outside the temple and reach out to the world to spread the doctrine of life and God.

Never judge anyone as not suitable for temple or doctrine. Remember the choice of God and saints is not the choice of men.

Sometimes, if religious leaders have erred and not doing according to the Word of God, it may be God's way to let such men know indirectly. Such men are likely to break the laws of the land in the name of God. Then, they have to face the repercussions of the laws of the land and hopefully wake up and be wiser. Isn't this too the choice of God?

Do not use God to overrule the laws of the land. Give to God what is due to God and the land what is due to the land. In heaven, there are the laws of God and on Earth there are the laws of the ruler - the authority that rules.

This is stressed by Bo Tien 武天. He reminds all that this is present in any religion or sect but men can corrupt and defile the pure teachings of God and put words into the mouth of God.

Such men may think that the ways of God applies to the land. This is the odd thinking of some men but not of God and saints. The choice of some men to extend the jurisdiction of God is not the way or choice of God. The choice of God is not the choice of men.
