No 1599 of Living Life Series 1
What we are unhappy with this life, we hope God will make up for us. If still this is not complete, we hope we can have later or at latest in afterlife.
This is good but can create a dream bubble which can fade away even in this life or burst in our face in the next life.
It is not the fault of God or a historical figure but the result of the need by men to fantasize. Has fantasy become the in-thing in life?
Is this an indication of the lack of resolve to face the reality in life? We cannot be undermined by life but we must be atop life.
The image of Bo Tien 武天 depicts this need to be resolute and steadfast and to balance the ups and downs of life, the yin and yang at his feet.
Bo Tien 武天 says that the image is not him but what he stands for. The image tells us the truth and truth is not only in the image of Bo Tien 武天 but also in the reality (actual image) of life we have.
Religion does not promote dream bubble but teaches men how to handle and be at peace with life with guidance of God and saints in this very life. With peace at heart, life will be a joy even with less. There will always be joy from inner peace - joy even with less.
In sunrise years, life as what we know from worldly sense can just be busted unexpectedly for some but for most, this happens only in sunset years.
Religion is about life. Life in flesh is like a dream bubble. We should not hold on to the bubble but go for the joy that comes from inner peace that all religions talk about. The spirit must be more whole with time but the body cannot be whole with passing of time.
