The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

The worldly defile temples like insects the flowers

No 791 of Living Life Series 1

Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨) alludes to some men being like ants and insects attracted to a flower for nectar. They may come to a temple for nectar of worldly gains.

In fact, this holds true in some way for (mind you) all men. Men always need favors from saints and saints grant favors to make things easier hopefully so that one day they could be more spiritual and be blessings to others as well.

But there is no insistence that they become more spiritual and purify their souls and minds. In fact, many may end up the opposite instead, that is, more worldly and far from being spiritual. This is not the fault of God and saints.

Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨) says that we blame not the flower for the ants and insects coming to it for nectar. In fact, rather than let such men be outside a temple, saints would rather that they be in a temple where the likelihood that they though near may be far from spirituality will one day see the light and be near.

However, as men flow along downstream in life, they will gather more of the worldly distractions and be more distant from the pure and clear water of the upper source. To get clear water, the good lord Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨) says that men must go to the upper source and not flow down stream with the current of worldly trends.

But even if men do flow downstream in life and of all places in a temple of a lord saint, all is not lost and in vain. Saints will still have their interests at heart.

Somehow, even with the wilting of a flower due to insects coming to it for nectar, it is the way of Heaven that new flowers will arise from seeds that grow up as new plants and sprout new flowers. Let a thousand daffodils bloom, some will say...

These like the ever more sprouting of temples will give many fold opportunities to attract more ants and insects to the flowers. More temples too will mean more opportunities to attract men to come for worldly blessings and well one day at least some will surely see the light and mend their ways towards light of God and saints.

There will always be more of flowers for insects among men and this is the way of God and saints - the evidence of their unlimited tolerance for the wayward nature of men.

If a temple is like a candle which is extinguished by men who come for non spiritual ends, let there be many more candles and temples for such men so that one day, they will see the light. God and saints are tolerant and patient. Heaven will wait for them to see the light.

Heaven give men the temples, churches and religions so that men could see the light through any one of them. This is the message of the good lord Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). Religions like flowers may be many but are one in reaching out to all to give them myriad opportunities to see the light and be saved.
If one candle can only give light to so many, then more candles together can light up for many times more the number of people. This too did Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨) say in his 1975 message.

The good lord also says that problems of men are many and plentiful. It is common sense that one religion or sect alone cannot make it to many people and we need all religions and sects to reach out to more and even then not possible to reach out to all, not forgetting that there will be backsliders.

There will be more religions, sects and temples even if more of the less religiously inclined were to take over religions, sects and temples, bringing distaste to the world. This is like having more flowers blooming even if insects cause the wilting of flowers by taking away their nectar.

The sunset of temples from the worldly at the helm will be no issue as more temples will just simply arise.  This is the will of God and saints.
