No 1164 of Living Life Series 1
God and saints make their presence known through miracles to give hope and faith.
When men pray for blessings, the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says issues become no issues. Big issues will be small issues even if they be no issues. These are miracles, more so when the those with cancer and chronic illness recover.
Many have prayed directly to God and saints. They got healed even when doctors said that there was no prospect of healing - only control.
One of the contributors to the Living Life Series is a medical doctor with hypertension for decades as well as irregular heart beats which seemed to be resistant to medication and needed procedural intervention by cardiologists. He turned down the option of intervention.
He prayed not only to Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 but also to all saints and to his surprise he ended up with needing less medicine and now is virtually off medicine - only on low dose propranolol 10 mg twice a day. At such dose, it is not meant to control blood pressure.
The other medicine he is on is carbimazole 5 mg daily to keep abay return of tendency for hyperthyroidism. He was strongly advised on radioiodine and thyroid surgery decades ago but turned down the options. He is well. Isn't this a miracle?
Miracles do happen and more likely in a non-institutional setting. God and saints prefer to do so direct with the individual and not through religious institutions.
They are genuine in giving help if they can. They however cannot guarantee or promise as there is element of fate. Also the individual must be realistic.
The individuals must still help themselves and seek medical opinions. But what they and doctors cannot do for them, God and saints can.
God and saints do not perform miracles to glorify themselves but to help men out of compassion. They help anyone who need help and who believe they can help.
Help is not confined to those who are believers of one religion. Help and miracles are rendered beyond and across religions. They are not rendered to glorify God and saints.
God and saints are beyond ego - unlike many men of religion who still have ego. That is why popular religion can misrepresent God and saints. It is without doubt that men are behind the misrepresentation. Men tend to be bias but not God and saints.
