The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Plurality is in life and in religion

No 1162 of Living Life Series 1

Life is our gospel. We learn from life - our own as well as that of others.

The world is where life is. The world is our temple - universal temple.

Plurality is a mark reality of life. It is pervasive. God must have his reason for this. It adds color and diversity. There are different nations and different races. There too must be more than one religion or sect. There is plurality of religions.

Religions are the pillars. The sky is the roof. Heaven shelters life. Religions as pillars support the mission of Heaven. The people and lives are in this universal temple. The world is one big whole temple.

There cannot be singularity but plurality. This we must accept. Isn't this obvious? This is the design of God.

Plurality is in every aspect of the world and there is plurality even in Heaven or in Hell. Heavens, Earth and Hells are manifestations of plurality.

Hell is too is part of the universal temple. It is under Heaven and within the Earth. Hell too is the purview of God and saints. Isn't this obvious.

Those in Hell add to the plurality. They are not the forgotten lot. They too play their part. They need to be saved. God and saints have them close to their hearts.

They too need to learn to be good and pure. Otherwise why are they in the universal or world temple?

The temple is place of learning. We learn more from plurality. So please don't say we are right and others wrong. We need to learn from one another.

We must be grateful to the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 on his pointers with regards to the world as the universal temple.

Plurality is a plus to life but some myopic men think they are the only chosen ones and all others must be like them. Isn't that narrow minded and negative?

Even if more join them, there is no singularity within them but plurality. No two are alike in life and in thinking. Try as they might individuals of same group will want their own way.

That is why we have in a church or temple, the children group, the young adult groups and the old adult groups as well as the Indian, Chinese and English services. The sermons are never the same in all the services.

The young adults will never think in the same way as those in other groups. If they do not form their own group, they will be lost to the church or temple. They are best left to themselves.
