The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Not good enough to be in Heaven

Most of us still have to depend on God to help us as we are far from having enough inner peace to handle the ups and downs of life in our own. 

 But the long term solution is still to have more inner peace. 

 The lazy way out is of course to depend on God forever and ever. Then there is no learning and God knows that. 

 That is why however hard we pray for some issues, our prayers don't seem to be answered. In fact, no answer is the answer and this should be the wake up call to cultivate what God wants us to have which is inner peace, the peace that he stands for and that is God.

We have to learn from life. That is the wish of God. If we do our best to do so, God will make it easier for us in life. But not to the point we do nothing and just depend on him. Then there will be many more no answers from God.

We may know better than many in society but this does not mean we avoid those who know less if we cannot convince them. 

 But we must remember that if we cannot handle them and be with them, how can we be up there in Heaven and have to handle them for God. We are not good enough for that heavenly role as yet. 

 Many in society are not blessings to us but in a way they provide us with the lessons to learn to be better than what we are. Aren't this indirect blessings of sorts if we can learn and be better? 

 The danger is that we may be floored by them and end up worse off. That is the purpose why we are here with them. 

 We can say they are gifts of God to make us learn many lessons in life. Such lessons we cannot possibly have in Heaven. So do be thankful to God that we are here on Earth with them.

We can never learn such lessons in Heaven. We may be more heavenly than many but not good to be in Heaven as yet. This is one good way of looking at life on Earth and in Heaven.

We are here to learn the lessons of life. Only the wiser of the lot can see better than many. We are not the odd chaps out. We are in fact the the lucky ones in the right path. 

 Be happy that we are better. Do not pick out those many who know less and think we are the odd few. If we do and find fault with them, and mind you they are in big numbers, then we are no better. That would be pathetic.

No need to get worked up and plan beforehand how to be with them and get stressed out. Just take up the job, flow in into their ranks and make friends. 

 Take it easy and float into it like we will have to do in any new job. No need to prepare with various plans and scenarios and get worked up. Be at peace and take life in our stride one day at a time,

Don't get excited. It is just like any job in our life and when we are new to anything or situation, it takes time to learn. 

 No one is ready before hand. Just smile and do what we can. Don't say "no" and talk more than others. They too have their jobs and lives. Do not disrupt them. That will irk them. 

 It is more important to hear them out and do not expect them to be free to listen to what we have to say. No small talk. Just let them talk more than us and that will somehow make them happy. 

 That is what they expect though they say the opposite that we can talk what we want with them. Bottom line is that we should not talk more and unknowingly stop them from talking. They want to talk more and that is the reality. 

Practice habit of smiling. Be pleasant. Listen and not expect others to listen. Wearing a smile and putting on air of peace will be what we need in life be it at work, in religion or in any other spheres of life.

Never say others are wrong even if they are wrong. That is something we have to do and yet learn how not to be wrong like them without telling them they are wrong. 

 Then we can survive and be with them and yet right and never as wrong. This is the social skill we have to pick up but we must have the inner peace. 

 Smile and talk less. Let others do the talking. That is how to gel with them and the more they talk and we listen, the day will come when they will see the light and learn from us. 

 Do not rush in to tell them they are wrong. That will bring no peace and tear up whatever peace we have. This is what we need to learn from life. 

 We need inner peace and if we can have this even with the many with no or less peace than us, then we are more like God and saints. This is the way of all religions and this is what Bo Tien 武 天 says is in all religions and in life.
