Never say die. Never say we cannot do it. But never say no problem. Worst is to say that God provides. This can be the greatest mistake. This gives us the wrong idea that we just ask and we will be given.
When we do not get what we want, we say that God has a better plan for us. But what matters is whether we have put in the effort, whether we are realistic and our goals are modest and reachable. What God can do is to make it easier so that smaller issues and reachable targets can be surmounted and we get what we want.
This is as what Bo Tien 武 天 says that goals or problems can be solved with blessings of God and saints. But we have to put in the effort.
If we go for the sky, what can God do? Bo Tien 武 天 says that we have to face fate. We will face the wall and be hit on the face by the wall.
But mind you, even if this happens, God has the answer for us. If we are not fated to have big things, big issues or sky high goals can still be lesser issues to handle even if they cannot be attainable.
God can make us go for other realistic blessings. God can make us realise that the problem lies in us and not in him.
When things don't go well, we will wake up and talk in silence with God. Silent moments with God are important.
We may engage in monologue with God but mind you God hears. We need to reflect and think what is God's answer.
We go to the Word of what God and saints said in the holy texts and cross reference it with what God and saints say in different times and context. Then we will know what is the answer.
God talks to us in silence. God even talks to us many ways and through many religions - not just in one way or religion.
There is a lot of common ground in religions. The one religion we are in may not provide us the full picture or understanding. We need to know from other religions and cultures.
The answers from God are already there. No need to sing, scream yell and shout aloud to God with gongs, drums, cymbals, loud speakers and broadcast what we want him to hear.
That is belittling God. Don't act as though God is deaf. He can even hear our thoughts and know what we are about to think.
We only need to talk in silence with God and know more from what God have always said through various religions, sects and saints. God talks to us in silence but we don't hear at all from him.
We can only hear him if we make less noise and din and not add to the confusion. Let us not be empty vessels. Empty vessels make the most noise.
Those spiritually attuned to God and saints are more solid in spirituality. They keep the silence and silence is best for God to hear us and when we to hear God.
But many simply need to make noise even to hear themselves. They cannot even hear themselves unless they scream at top of their voices. How can they hear God who speaks in silence?
