When in position of authority to affect the life of others, make sure that there is worthy responsibility.
Whatever wrong done which can harm others will have far greater impact and reach than done when there is no position of authority.
Even if there is only one wrong and many right, the right cannot cancel the wrong.
Even God cannot cancel the wrong done just because there are more right.
People leading religion who hold sway on many must be humble and not portray themselves as infallible.
If they do so, they create a cult following and they will surely mislead.
Instead, they must remind others that they too have long way to go and as fallible as everyone.
They must try to be good, humble and pure.
To this effect, they must admit to all that they can still be as wrong as, others.
What they can do is to share what is good that they find in religion and show that being good is what all need to do.
Let all go for doctrine in religion. The common doctrine of all religions is how to be good at heart.
