The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

Be down to earth if we want to reach for the sky

No 1333 of Living Life Series 1

We like to wish everyone well. But before we can do so, we should not bear grudges against anyone.

If we cannot do so, how can we wish him well at same time. That would be contradictory.

It is like telling someone, God loves him on one hand and at the same time say that he has this or that problem in life because of retribution for not only not accepting God, but also NOT doing so in the their way.

Many want others to do their way. That is why there are many new sects, temples and churches sprouting every year all over the world. This is the problem of men.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 observes that the problems and issues of men are many and plentiful. Men create problems even while solving them.

Men in the name of God and saints tell others that God will bless them but at the same time in the same breath say in the name of God and saint that God and saint will take them to task and they will have to face consequences for their mistakes, Isn't that ironical?

A tree that wants to touch the sky must extend its roots into the earth. The more it wants to rise upwards, the more it has to grow downwards.

So to rise in life be it spiritually or otherwise, we must be down to earth, humble and grateful. We must be prepared to do the ground works, be in tune with others, come down to their level, dirty our hands by being hands on, go along with them, not act high and mighty and not go for just the juicy parts. We should start off the day every morning by being mindful of this. We must never be carried away by thinking we know better.

The good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 adds that if a tree has deep roots that reach subterranean water, it will better grow taller, be evergreen and bear fruits more often as it would not be affected by drought or dependent on gardeners.

Be rooted in goodness and purity and that is even better than be waiting for alms and handouts by others. But there will be many who have to depend on gardeners or saints of life.

Gardeners or saints do help. But we have to grow our roots and be rooted in purity and goodness - what is referred to by the good lord as the inner truth behind all religions and the teachings of all saints.
