Caution: Parental guidance needed
From some where in the internet:
The various parts of the body were arguing with one another. They need to come to a decision on who is in charge .
The brain is first to chip in to say, "I am in charge because I manage all the body's systems and without me nothing works."
The blood said that "I should be in charge, because I circulate oxygen all over so without me you all will not function."
"All of you are wrong, I should be in charge," said the stomach," because I digest food and provide energy."
"No, no, I am the one," said the legs, "because I and no one else bring the body wherever it needs to go."
"I should be in charge," said the eyes, "Because I allow the body to see where it goes."
"All of you are dead wrong. I should be in charge," said the rectum, "Because I clear the waste for the body."
And they mocked and ridiculed him,
So put off, he clammed down.
Within a few days, the brain had a terrible headache,
The stomach was so upset,
The legs got soft and weak,
The eyes blurred and got crossed,
And the blood was toxic.
They all gave up and let the rectum be the boss.
The stomach was so upset,
The legs got soft and weak,
The eyes blurred and got crossed,
And the blood was toxic.
They all gave up and let the rectum be the boss.
The Moral of the story?
Even though the others do all the work...
The ass hole, pardon the word, can end up getting the credit
Doesn't this tell us a thing or two on the running of society, be it a religious or non religious one?
For a temple or church, is the elder or pastor the one in charge, or the asshole of a member who can manipulate the whole to his advantage? Think again if you think this is the case.
Why? If everyone wastes away because of the asshole, then the organisation comes to nothing. The asshole is important but he alone cannot call the shots. The same goes with the brainy one. He cannot do it alone.
All must work as one like the yin and the yang in order to move on and have peace and progress in mission or in life. This is the teaching of Heaven which applies to both mundane world we know and to spiritual salvation of the soul. This teaching is echoed by Lord Bo Tien but the "ass hole" word should not be articulated to express the teaching.
