The Living Life Series is dedicated to Lord Bo Tien (武天菩萨). The doctrine is in His image. The image is the doctrine. He who sees, understands and effects the doctrine sees and knows Him. He who does not see, know and effect the doctrine sees not and knows not the saint even if the saint or His image is beside him. The far may be near and the near may be far. Let the doctrine and the saint be part of our life. The lord saint in your life can be any heavenly saint of any religion, sect or school. The doctrine of truth is behind all and this is the Inner Truth that leads all (regardless of their religious affiliation or even if none) to inner peace and heaven on earth here and now and not just in the after life. The ideal worship and devotion is to know and effect the doctrine of God and the saints. The best gospel is the gospel of life. We learn from our life and the lives of others. The true temple is the world we live in. The sky is the roof of the temple and religions and sects are the pillars of the temple. All under Heaven are in the temple. Needless to say that all the saints we know are in this temple. Ji Gong Posat too is no exception. The whole wide world and web is the temple and must be regarded as a sacred place --- a temple for living and learning. It is more important that everyone that counts plays a role in this universal temple if due focus is to be given to the Mission of Heaven. Men must not be distracted by the agenda of men and end up serving the mission of man. That would be a far cry from the Mission of Heaven. We worship God and saints, not man however good that man may be. There should be no hero worshiping or idolizing of man whether he is a charismatic pastor, priest, monk, medium or lay leader. We don't even idol worship the image of any saint but reflect on what the image stands for. - the doctrine in the image. Omitofo 阿弥陀佛!.

To have life by being on top of life

No 1101 of Living Life Series 1

As sure as the sun rises, it must set. Man too must rise to work and set home to rest. This happens every day. Thus said the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨
With birth, there is death. With death, there is birth. We call this rebirth. For the good, they are reborn in spirit in heaven. But for many, this is not the end-all.

As long as this is birth, they must have their end to start a new beginning again perhaps as man. Isn't this tedious and awful?

But to the wise who see this, this is a blessing in disguise. They are not defeated. They live on unaffected by birth and death, unaffected by the swing of yin and yang. They stay atop the ups and downs, the rise and fall.

They are at peace and one day that peace means that they cease to want to be born and with no birth, where can there be death? Then they are saints.

Contemplate thus from moment to moment. Live not to die and not to be born again. Live to be alive to the moment. Matters not if a moment dies and a moment is born. Be atop and be aware of life from moment to moment. Not die to the moment and want to be born to the next.

Be not the moment but be the peace that is there, regardless of the moments. If this mindfulness we can have, then there is rest and this is best. Then we stay still even if time moves on.

We do not wish birth of the next moment just to let the next moment die on us. We are above the march of time, of passing and coming, of ups and downs.

We still and calm our mind. We are like still water crystal clear and calm. We are at peace come what may. We have life by being atop life and not be mired and swung around by life.

Mind you, we do not do nothing. We are not dead to life. We are at peace. Life is never dull but more meaningful. We count blessings in the everything in life not just the big things but the little things.

We become more aware to life. We are more productive and more alive to life.

Isn't this what every religion ultimately wants us to have? No wonder the good lord Lord Bo Tien 武天菩萨 says this is the inner truth behind all religions - the need for insight of life and to cultivate moment to moment mindfulness and peace in life come what may.
