The good lord did create a fuss
what were told by sages of old
in ancient China we are told
to bring out the sages in us
Mountains we need to meet and cross
and we must cross and not be lost
all in crossing not carry cross.
Seas too we meet in life as well
Drowning the daylight out of life
with storms at times so ever bad
Calm will return so not be sad.
Then we come across life so hot
with sun blazing over our lot
Oh, this makes us all sweat and slog
That too is part of life of sorts
Then we face wants and drought
with thirst and longing we fought
Water we need to quench our lot
Water of truth of divine sort.
Mountains, seas, hot sun and the drought
we need to labor our way out
this the nature of life they say.
Knowing this makes us see the Way.
The Way there is in religions
Just that we see only regions
and not the truth but the legends
That is why there need be mission
